1. 生物、醫(yī)學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè),研究生及以上學(xué)歷。
2. 熟悉相關(guān)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)及市場(chǎng),熱愛業(yè)務(wù)推廣工作,并具有良好人際交往能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。(具有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先)
3. 勇于開拓,責(zé)任心強(qiáng);獨(dú)立工作能力較強(qiáng),能夠承受較大的工作壓力;可以經(jīng)常出差,工作地點(diǎn)為廣州或上海。
4. 較強(qiáng)的英語交流能力。
職位描述:
In a sales role responsible as a Genomics Product Specialist you will be responsible for driving sales of Agilent Technologies' line of high performance microarray and bioinformatics products and solutions into the Life Sciences markets within this territory. As an integral member of the field sales team you will use your excellent technical sales track record to focus on acquiring new customers while retaining and growing the existing installed base of customers. As the Product Specialist you will be expected to develop and implement successful strategies and tactics to sell complex Genomic solutions within this competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales of high performance Genomic products ( Microarray, Bioanalyzer, qPCR, Bioreagent and Automation System) and services in a defined territory. - Developing market strategy and plan according to market analysis and understanding based on Regional Marketing ( South China, Southwest China), Sales and Customer Demand, Industry Insight, competitive analysis, Service needs and financial simulation.
- Identifying and analyzing trends and alternative strategic scenarios to identify growth opportunities for the business
- Effectively prospect to find and close new opportunities in existing and new accounts.
- Develop and maintain sale channels in the region. Manage and monitor distributors.
- Conduct presentations and product usage demos with and without Field Application Engineer assistance.
- Focus on strategic products applications and solutions in strategic accounts
- Contribute to developing effective strategies and tactics that will enable Agilent to gain market share in China.
- Provide constructive feedback from customers into Agilent to help guide continual development of products that more effectively address customers' needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum MS in Life Sciences discipline( Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry) , or equivalent.
- Solid self-management, organizational and prioritization skills. Good team worker.
- 3+ years related direct sales or distributor management experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully selling against a quota. Familiar with South China, Southwest China market will be ideal.
- High level of experience in DNA microarrays, Bioanalyzer, qPCR, Bioreagents and Automation System
- Industry/Application expertise. Working knowledge of competitive products (specifications, value propositions, price points).
- Demonstrated commercial selling skills. Strong business development and sales closing skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication and sales skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Good oral and writing in English.
