國際新藥發(fā)明科技年會2003年由百奧泰國際會議（大連）有限公司發(fā)起，致力于為全球藥物研發(fā)領域的精英搭建一個相互交流與合作的國際平臺，為行業(yè)發(fā)展提供新思路、指引新方向，以此推動全球藥物研發(fā)的發(fā)展。新藥發(fā)明科技年會已經在北京、南京、深圳、大阪等地成功舉辦了十四屆，成功地吸引了逾萬名世界著名專家、學者、企業(yè)家參與，是新藥研發(fā)領域重要的品牌性會議。

本屆年會將邀請國內外著名院士、世界各大知名制藥公司高管、著名專家學者和企業(yè)家領銜主講，共計200個報告。將邀請來自世界40多個國家和地區(qū)的500位藥物研發(fā)領域的相關專業(yè)人士參加會議，50家著名企業(yè)參加展覽，將向世界展示重大新藥創(chuàng)制的前沿技術和科技成果，引導國際新藥研發(fā)領域的發(fā)展趨勢和前沿動向，促進科研成果產業(yè)化合作。

 

本屆年會共設置了30多場專業(yè)技術論壇，主要包括：藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)的基礎研究（分子生物學，遺傳學，免疫學，腫瘤學，藥理學，病理學，生物信息學，納米技術等）；藥物化學；新的生物治療和生物藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)；天然產物及傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥；藥物遞送；生物標記物與個性化醫(yī)學；新型抗癌藥物、抗中樞神經系統(tǒng)疾病藥物、新型抗感染藥、心血管藥物、消化呼吸泌尿代謝藥物、抗疼痛、偏頭痛和麻醉藥的發(fā)現(xiàn)；臨床試驗、藥品行政審批和市場開發(fā)；轉化醫(yī)學發(fā)展趨勢與藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)；藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)綜合服務、CRO和CMO，交易決策與業(yè)務發(fā)展以及國際項目的合作對接等。
