       近日,Quantum Design中國順利將NanoView全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)安裝于上海交通大學致遠學院,并為用戶進行詳細的儀器介紹和操作培訓,其優(yōu)越的外泌體表征性能將為上海交通大學致遠創(chuàng)新研究中心的研發(fā)平臺添磚加瓦。

       全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)是一款無需純化的、全自動的可對單個外泌體進行表征分析的全新設備。該設備能夠提供全方位的外泌體表征信息,包括外泌體粒徑大小、計數(shù)、分布、攜帶蛋白表達、生物標志物(CD9,CD81,CD63等)共定位等。操作簡單,結(jié)果可靠。短短三年,在世界范圍內(nèi)已有100多家實驗室采用該設備,包括了著名的哈佛大學、約翰霍普金斯大學、康奈爾大學、洛杉磯兒童醫(yī)院、麻省總醫(yī)院、東京工業(yè)大學、首爾大學、新加坡國立大學、大阪大學等,發(fā)表SCI已超過240篇,其中不乏頂級期刊如Cell、Nature、Journal of Extracellular Vesicles、Cancer Research、Nanoscale、ACS Nano、BMJ journal、Brain Behavior Immunity、Trends in Cancer等。
