第一步：觀察鋼架的正，側(cè)面，在鋼架上標出柜體的高度或做一個與柜高度相同的靠柵。

第二步：按照實驗臺的總長度，選擇出相合適的橫梁，用自鉆螺絲把橫梁固定到鋼架上

第三步：用水平尺檢查鋼架的橫﹑縱線，是否水平實驗室裝修

第六步：黏結(jié)臺面的步驟﹑要求與全鋼一樣。鋼木結(jié)構(gòu)通常先裝抽面，后安裝臺面，若臺面上有試劑架安裝，待膠固化后再行安裝操作。
