前言
病毒選擇宿主的初衷是為了寄生,復(fù)制自己,所以它會進化以逃逸人體免疫系統(tǒng),達到長久寄生以及在人際間傳播的目的。
COVID-19病人臨床資料,ICU重癥病人,淋巴細胞計數(shù)遠低于Non-ICU病人,提示病毒可能通過某些機制引起了淋巴細胞的減少。
恒瑞等啟動了免疫檢查點抑制劑新冠肺炎的臨床。眾所周知免疫檢查點參與T細胞耗竭。
基于此,想談?wù)劽庖呒毎蛲,衰老,耗竭在病毒感染逃逸中的作用?/p>
對于新冠肺炎病毒,現(xiàn)在并無明確定論的研究,不做討論,避免產(chǎn)生誤導(dǎo)。
以HCV為例來寫本文。
