     目前,全球及中國(guó)糖尿病肥胖等代謝疾病的發(fā)病率越來(lái)越高,越來(lái)越需要我們認(rèn)真去研究對(duì)待,因此對(duì)糖尿病肥胖等代謝疾病的研究越來(lái)越多。
     該研究一般以大小鼠為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,通過(guò)大小鼠的呼吸商(即呼入氧氣和呼出二氧化碳的比值)來(lái)對(duì)大小鼠的能量消耗進(jìn)行評(píng)估,除此之外可能需要給大小鼠提供喂食飲水,并對(duì)喂食飲水進(jìn)行量和次數(shù)的監(jiān)測(cè),也需要對(duì)其尿液進(jìn)行收集,也需要同時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)活動(dòng)情況,體重 心率等功能的監(jiān)測(cè)。
