哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院，哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)與衛(wèi)生學(xué)院，極端環(huán)境養(yǎng)分合成轉(zhuǎn)化分離國家地方聯(lián)合工程實驗室，哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)重慶研究院特色醫(yī)藥與食品資源開發(fā)智能裝備研究中心近日聯(lián)合專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)期刊Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal發(fā)表了學(xué)術(shù)研究成果：Synergetic effect of β-asarone and cannabidiol against Aβ aggregation in vitro and in vivo，研究了β-細辛酮和大-麻二酚（CBD）聯(lián)合治療阿爾茨海默病AD的潛力。阿爾茨海默病的病理生理學(xué)涉及一系列復(fù)雜的生物學(xué)過程，包括β淀粉樣蛋白和tau蛋白的積累�？蒲腥藛T分析了這兩種植物化學(xué)物質(zhì)對β-淀粉樣蛋白（Aβ）的聚集和毒性的聯(lián)合影響，檢測到這兩種化合物的存在協(xié)同抑制了細胞凋亡，下調(diào)了細胞中的相對基因表達，還可能減緩衰老，降低癱瘓率，增強學(xué)習(xí)能力，增強秀麗隱桿線蟲的自噬活性。研究人員選用了德國的BMG Labtech PHERAstar FSX多功能酶標儀高通量實時動態(tài)監(jiān)測 Aβ 聚集。BMG Labtech PHERAstar FSX多功能酶標儀專為高通量藥物篩選設(shè)計，高靈敏度，超快速進行各種模式檢測。除了蛋白聚集外，阿爾茨海默病跟線粒體功能障礙有關(guān)，PHERAstar FSX多功能酶標儀可以檢測線粒體呼吸，ATP的產(chǎn)生,鈣保留能力等指標，為多方位研究阿爾茨海默病的疾病機理和治療措施提供穩(wěn)定的篩選平臺。
